You will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Rotating shifts.
