Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Martin County, Minnesota. The job is on a high-rise building site. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day to day you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Contact us to fix an interview.
