Lawn care technician wanted in Borough of Tameside

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Borough of Tameside, England. You will be based at a private estate garden. On a typical shift you will check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
