Urgent requirement: garment machinist (Iowa)

Join our team: we are hiring a garment machinist in O'Brien County, Iowa. You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 3+ years on the tools preferred.
