Vacancy available: concrete pump mate (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Eaton County, Michigan. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
