On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
