Immediate opening: brickwork mason (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Washington County, Minnesota. The job is on a new-build development. The role involves: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
