Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Panola County, Texas. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
