You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Full-time with occasional weekends.
