Immediate opening: trowel-trade bricklayer (New Hampshire)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Coos County, New Hampshire. Your main tasks: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
