Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cottle County, Texas. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
