Lathe operator — Carroll County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Carroll County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
