Food and beverage server — Union County

Now hiring: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Union County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a beach resort. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
