Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing installer in Cherokee County, Kansas. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. Day to day you will seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; measure window and door openings and order glass to size. Requirements: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
