Stainless steel welder wanted in Boyd County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Boyd County, Nebraska. The job is on an industrial construction site. On a typical shift you will set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Part-time with flexible hours.
