Powder coater • Obion County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Obion County, Tennessee. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours.
