Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Lincoln County, Tennessee. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
