Pipe TIG welder wanted in Pawnee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Pawnee County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
