We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Robeson County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
