Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding.
