Body shop technician wanted in Lewis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a body shop technician in Lewis County, Tennessee. You will work in a collision repair centre. Day to day you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
