What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around £2,550 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
