Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is in a tool room. The role involves: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
