UPVC window fitter • Chautauqua County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Chautauqua County, Kansas. You will work on a window-and-door production line. Day to day you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
