Vacancy available: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Yamaltu/Deba, Gombe State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
