Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Red River Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
