Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Collingsworth County, Texas. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
