Horizontal milling machine operator — Davie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Davie County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
