Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Putnam County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
