Join our team: occupational health and safety officer (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Geneva County, Alabama. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Your main tasks: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
