Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Langlade County, Wisconsin. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders The role involves carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls.
