Lorry driver wanted in City and Borough of Salford

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lorry driver in City and Borough of Salford, England. You will be based on long-haul routes across the country. Ideal candidate: • Valid digital tachograph card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel On a typical shift you will top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer £2,750 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
