Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Iberia Parish, Louisiana. The job is at an industrial plant. The role involves apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. You should have: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Willing to travel between sites Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
