Great opportunity: we are hiring a chiller technician in Elkhart County, Indiana. You will be based in an HVAC service company. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders The role involves: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
