Gtaw welder — Sumner County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Sumner County, Kansas. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day You will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
