What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On the job you will handle: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio 4+ years on the tools preferred.
