Pipe tig welder — Sully County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Sully County, South Dakota. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
