Bulldozer operator • Cherokee County, Alabama

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Cherokee County, Alabama. You will work at a landfill site. On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
