Tube and fitting scaffolder • Nassau County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Nassau County, New York. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold You will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
