Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Harding County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
