Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Juneau County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy bakery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
