You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
