You should have: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Day to day you will sand and fill walls before applying primer; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps.
