Argon welding operator — Charanchi

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Charanchi, Katsina State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦1,150 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
