Quality checker — Ndokwa West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Ndokwa West, Delta State. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Your main tasks: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Six days a week, one day off.
