We are recruiting: fabricator-welder (New Jersey)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Bergen County, New Jersey. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Day-to-day duties: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size Part-time with flexible hours.
