Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area, Abia State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
