Plumbing and heating engineer (heat pumps) wanted in Caerphilly County Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plumbing and heating engineer (heat pumps) in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. You will be based in a plant room of a commercial building. Requirements: • Own set of refrigerant tools: gauges, vacuum pump, scales • MCS or manufacturer-accredited heat pump installer certification Your main tasks: • Fit and wire room thermostats, zone valves and smart controls • Install and set up the hot water cylinder and immersion backup • Pressure test the refrigerant circuit with nitrogen and check for leaks • Run and insulate refrigerant pipework between outdoor and indoor units • Hand over the system to the customer and explain the controls • Weigh in and charge the correct refrigerant gas per manufacturer spec At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
