Forklift operator • Hudson County, New Jersey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a forklift operator in Hudson County, New Jersey. The job is at a freight and logistics depot. On the job you will handle: • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics Requirements: • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Accurate, careful stock handling Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
