Immediate opening: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Boone County, Iowa. Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day On a typical shift you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
